I really like these supplements. They are non-GMO, soy-free, and gluten-free, which is a big win for me. The fact that they come in softgel form makes them easy to swallow. Not to mention, they contain K2 (MK7), organic ingredients, and Vitamin D3. I also appreciate the inclusion of coconut oil. They support both bone and immune health, which is a plus. Essentially, these are a must for a superior quality of life.

Seems to be working fine but can not swear for it. I was talking 10,000 iu but was advised to lower it to 1,000iu. My energy level is still good so it must be effective.

The reason I think this is a really great product is because it comes in a 1-month supply, which makes it super practical. I also really like that they're easy to swallow, so taking them daily isn't a problem at all. One of the best vitamin D supplements I've tried!

Although the seal on the bottle was unbroken, in fact I had a hard time opening the bottle, and there was a little parkette of anti-moisture substance, all of the pills were stuck together. A couple came free and came out of the bottle,. But they looked like the medicine/vitamin inside the pills were clumped oddly, even inside the pills. I don't think they were safe to use. I tried to get a refund, but because of it being vitamins, there apparently is no refund or return. So it was a waste of money.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I use these vitamins daily and they work very well!
