Last resort-but it works!
I was taking 325mg iron supplements not realizing that this would give me debilitating constipation. Even stool softeners, double doses of movantik and senator don’t work. 5 days later I was desperate. I remembered that when I had to endure a colonoscopy 😂, the prep was a lemon lime version. In desperation, I bought the cherry flavored bottle and thank the lord, this finally hit things going. This is a last resort, effective when nothing else will. WARNING! This is a VERY STRONG LAXATIVE!CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!

Too much money
You can buy a 10 oz bottle of magnesium citrate at Walmart for 1.47. Why spend 4.99 a piece plus shipping? Comes in three flavors. Lemon Strawberry and Grape. Save your money!!
