I seriously had my doubts about this. People on TikTok, which is where I initially heard about this, seemed a little over the top. However, the primary person was a doctor, and I did a lot of research before ordering.I'm over 60, AuDHD (which means Autistic Spectrum plus ADHD) I'm low on the spectrum which means my ADHD has much more of an impact. I started taking this about 8 days ago. I take it in the morning with my other meds.First of all, ADHD makes sleep difficult, especially if you are in the gifted range. To get my brain to shut down is tough, which makes making up dificult. So, I was sleepy all day. This has helped my sleep a lot, in that when I get to sleep, I stay asleep better.I'm very overweight and I've lost about 4 pounds. I'm not specifically exercising more, but I'm moving around more because I'm not sleepy all the time. That's about 1/2 lb a day. I do drink a lot of water, but I had been eating a lot to get some energy during the day. You know, when you're tired you think maybe that peanut butter will give you a little boost?I'm not sure it will work for everyone, but it's made a difference for me so far.

finished my first jar and unknown if it had any effect on my body. if it did it was much to subtle to tell. Or maybe its more of a cellular change that isn't noticed in the short term but rather the long term in terms of quality and length of life. I wish there were a way to tell if its actually benefitting me rather than just relying on what the manufacturer says.

Love this product. I have noticed a big difference in my skin. I have a bit more energy. I feel like I am able to focus more and I also have better BM's. I would highly recommend this product. The price is great as well.

This is something a nurse showed me. To make sure the ingredients don’t have unnecessary chemicals or fillers you dump a capsule into room temp water if it immediately starts dispersing into the water then it’s the good stuff! This product has knock offs that looks just like it. But this is the real deal! Worth it!
