Sand Cement Mortar 20kg

I used this to rebuild a small wall, about 5 bricks high, that had fallen over. I'd never attemted anything like it before, but this stuff made it really easy and I'm very happy with the results. Easy to mix to the right consistency, easy to apply, and the resulting wall seems very solid.

I used this for pointing. I found it well mixed which means you don't have to use the whole pack in one go (give it a stir in a bucket before adding water, of course). Once water is added it's nice and sticky and I found it easy to work with. It dries a lightish shade of pink/grey (which is what I wanted) - not the brown colour you would get mixing cement with brown builder's sand. There are a few bad reviews but for me this is a good product.

The ready mix is good quality and takes at least 5 to 6 hours to set .

Was not as expected. These bags are not 20kg as is not covered any of my gardenVery disappointed with the product, not worth the price

Its a very average mortar that has some larger than desired aggregate in it but the cement is in a sealed bag and it does set well. I found it a little too rough to use consistently through a mortar gun.

Very expensive at least half price at local builders merchants.
