Ligustrum Waxleaf Privet - 15 Live Plants - Evergreen Privacy Hedge

Some exposed roots probably do too handling the box that came in. Plants look good and generally and very good condition. Will not hesitate to re-purchase.

I was holding off on writing a review of these plants because when they arrived all but one of the 15 plants were much smaller than they appear in the photos. However, all were still alive and green so I planted them and kept them well-watered. They did not show much if any growth for the first two months but I guess they were devoting their energies mostly to root expansion. After a recent dousing from the remnants of hurricane Debby, they've all shown a growth spurt and are now all about as big as they appear in the pics for this item, about 8" to 12" tall. All in all they seem like a good deal for the price. It will be interesting to see how they do in the years to come - assuming I can keep my weed-whacker safely away from them.

I don't recommend purchasing plants through Florida Foliage. I was so hopeful when the plants arrived, beautiful green waxy leaves. Small, even smaller than described. Getting ready to plant I realized that Florida Foliage had jammed 2 to 3 privet in a single cell together - to make them look fuller. This causes overcrowding and issues with growth and roots. Some easily separated and others clearly wouldn't survive a separation - too root bound. It also became clear that the plants arrived with a white fungus. I have other privet in my garden and none of my other plants were affected. Of the "15" which turned out to be 32 plants, I was able to nurse 4 back to stable health. Reached out for refund and never heard back. I've had trouble buying other plants from them. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

the plants were healthy and what I expected, however they were shipped in a box that was too big and shipping labels were put on upside down so the plants were all knocked out of the plant tray ane the roots were all exposed. Fortunately I opened right away so the plants will all make it I think.

Received all plant alive. Was not happy with the maturity of the plant, most were VERY small-a twig with a couple of leaves. They were well rooted though. Trans planted each to a 1 quart pot and they are putting on some new growth now. This is one of those times when what you got was not what you expected.

Update at 10 months:All plants have survived a brutal summer. They average about 1 foot tall and have lots of new growth.I've also discovered that rabbits have no interest in them.Right after ordering these plants, we had an unexpected heat wave. Although they had somewhat wilted during shipping, within an hour or so of getting a drink they perked right up.Several days later I transferred to larger pots and every plant is not only looking healthy, but they have nearly doubled in size.I will be placing another order soon.

Received in awesome condition! Sprayed some water on them after opening the box just because of the long trip. Can't wait to watch the growth process!#happy #planter

The first time I ordered these they arrived in good condition and appropriate packaging. I immediately ordered them a second time only to have them arrive in packaging that clearly didn’t fit them with soil spilled everywhere. They look to be in bad shape and I’m concerned that they will not survive transplanting. This second order experience was very disappointing and I will not be ordering again.
