Morning, no idea about the PH, Maybe contact the manufactures! I stopped using the product after 3 weeks, the chicory taste was awful , instead I started using ORZO BIMBO, a lot tastier, 100% toasted barley.. no extras All the best

There’s nothing that convinces me that this is gluten free, given that the ingredients are barley and rye!

What does this taste like? and do you need to add milk and sugar? I prefer black coffee with no sugar.

It doesn’t taste much like coffee but it has got an edge of bitterness like coffee. I have milk in mine. I’ve found both dairy milk and oat milk taste nice in it. I have had to give up tea and coffee for my health but I don’t mind at all because this is so nice. I think the aroma is very comforting perhaps because barley reminds us of beer, or possibly bread. I’m quite happy drinking this everyday now. 😊
