My daughter has very curly long hair. She loves this! Cut down her hair time to 20 minutes!

Brush comes off even if Locked.
Product is good and easy to Use. But even if the brush is locked it comes off while using. Very disappointed after first few uses.

I did not like it I want to return it. I wanted a brush with wire bristles not plastic .

Surprisingly pleased!
I was waffling between a 4- and a 5-star, but what the heck....nothing is going to make my hair look like Christie Brinkley's, so why blame it on the One Step?? It looks like this product is offered by several different vendors under several different names, so at the time I opted for the cheaper one and am quite satisfied. I have some dexterity issues when twirling a Big Brush with a standard blow dryer, so when I saw this on YouTube, I thought I'd give it a try. I've been using it for about a month now and am very pleased with it overall.

This item makes blow drying fun again.
I have a lot of long hair. A LOT, I usually air dry in the evening out of convenience because blowing my hair takes so long. But this thing is massive and gets really hot so I love it. I clip up the very top section of my hair and roll up large sections around the sides and before long my hair is dry. My hair is very long, almost to my rear-end, and the large barrel of this dryer has never had a problem rolling it up and letting it go without any tangling.

Started popping and smoking
Purchased this item in June 2018 and in August 2018 it started popping, sparking and smoking and then quit. I did like it while it was working but it is a lot of money to pay for 2 1/2 months of use. I would not recommend this.
