Q: Do l need to connect the tube in order to use the AC? Will the AC still work without the tube connect to the window?

Q: What is the difference of the two drain outlets?

1. Cooling mode generally does not require drain age. Because it has its own evaporation system.

Q: What's the size of the exhaust hose?

The length of the exhaust hose is 40-150cm, the diameter is 15cm, the exhaust hose is counterclockwise. Hope it helps!
