Great watch.Sturdy and nice.Packaged very nicely. The watch is a very good quality. I wanted it to look great on my wrist. The diameter around the face of the watch seemed too large for my taste of what I normally wear. I wanted it to be okay.The instructions are great to change the band size that was not the problem.My husband said it looks like a man's watch on my wrist. I wanted to just love it but he was right. A smaller watch face just looks better on my wrist.This style is just exactly the right for me. I'm returning it in hopes that I can find one just like it with the face of it smaller in diameter.

It's a beautiful watch and works great. But it's very heavy and bulky. It's like a man to watch you looking like a woman's watch. So I don't really wear it much.

Below is my original review. I have now received a 3rd watch, at no cost to me, and it is keeping time beautifully. These watches are so pretty and look very nice in person. I was contacted by a rep for the company, Berg London, who offered to send me the third watch. I told him I would revise my review if it worked correctly. So far the watch is working great. I can say that this is the way customers should be treated and I thank you for that! Their customer service is great! If you have an issue, Berg London will handle it. THANK YOU!I bought one of these about a year ago. It worked for a while then one of the buttons fell off and the jeweler said that caused it to stop keeping time. So I bought a second one because the price was so affordable. Well you get what you pay for. The 2nd watch never kept time correctly. It would lose hours. I took it to the jeweler 3 times and he tried to help but as of today there is nothing he can do.

If you are looking for an elegant garment, I recommend that you use this watch that is too fine and elegant.

Too wide for the wrist. Looking for something a little smaller to wear, but Gold is in.

Do not buy this watch!First of all I purchased this watch supposedly brand new but it came tarnished as you can see in the photo.Second removing parts of the band to make it smaller are EXTREMELY difficult & you're supposed to use a hammer in order to remove them despite it being a delicate object (makes no sense). Also as shown in the photograph.Third is extremely difficult to change the time and date. The middle button changes the date and time but there are 2 extra buttons which I have no idea what they're used for.Ultimately I decided to return this watch. Upon requesting a return, I was told no need to return the item but you'll be refunded your money. So I figured if I'm stuck with this I might as well try to set it up. WELL....while removing one last clasp the pin went through my finger! I had to got to the ER to remove the tiny pin and get a tetanus shot. I won't post pictures of my finger as they are gorey.In conclusion do not buy. You'll either get a poor quality product or you may need to go to the ER because a pin goes through your finger.As a side not the watch is very heavy and bulky. If you have small (hands or wrists) or delicate looking hands it will look HUGE on you.Just buy something else.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this watch as a gift and the person loves it. Just as advertised. It's a fairly nice wach for the price. I also love the box that it comes in.
