UPDATE 2: The camping chairs are now also 5 stars. I'm short so I should not blame the chair but make it work for me since I'm not an average size by any means. My family and friends love it when they visit us. They talk about how comfortable it is and ask where I got it from and such. I'm glad I didn't return them. Awesome.UPDATE: This company deserves 5 stars for the customer service and the willingness to better their product. That's awesome.Then why only 4 stars? 2 stars for the product. It still is uncomfortable and back hurts in a short while. Getting in and out of it isn't easy either.I purchased 2 chairs. I hate to go through hard work to return them. So, I'm giving another chance for the product to be fair, try using a pillow or something to make it easier to sit in it a bit longer to see if it improves. I'll update after the full experience.

Chair is ok so far I bought two going to use them on the beach. My only complaint and I hope it gets better when it breaks in. When I incline the chair all the way back and I set in it it goes back to where it was and it’s hard to get it to stay where you want it. Hopefully this will work itself out after I use it for a while.Well I use the chairs on the beach one of the armrest broke but other then that they worked well. I would sent the one back but it’s out of warranty. It is still usable however.

I JUST got this chair for a beach vacation in a few weeks. Trying it out in the livingroom, it took me probably 10 min to figure out how to recline it, and keep it that way after you sit in it. You have to slide the armrests(the part adjacent to the bakrest) as far down to the seat as you can. You may need to loosen the straps. Then recline both sides compleatly at once while standing behind the chair. They do not lock into place. Then with a little practice you can get in it without the back sliding back into an upright position. I got the orange chair with mesh seat, so that it hopefully wont hold sand. And it should hopefully be cooler. My reason for buying one with a full bottom with support at the foot, instead of a pop up foot rest is so that I can also lay my one year old on it at the beach if she needs a nap, without worrying it would tip with her if I get up. I'll update after our trip and see if it works as planned.

I ordered two chairs, one black and one orange. When they arrived they were two different designs and material. The orange one seems to be a good quality chair. The black one - not even acceptable. I would give the orange one a provisional rating of 4 or 5, but the black one isn't even acceptable - huge difference in construction and design quality. Very disappointing and time consuming to deal with shipping and paperwork.

I was looking for a beach chair with a carrying bag i could also have my feet propped and recline on. This chair seems pretty sturdy and is comfy to have your feet up BUT the reclining feature is awful. Theres no lever or lock to recline it you have to get out of the chair and beat the heck out of the metal bars underneath to recline. Then have someone hold it there til you lay down or it sits back up! Terrible design

The quality is fine. A heavy friend of mine sat right on the "foot rest" part of it and it didn't break. My previous lounger that finally gave up after 8 years of summer usage couldn't have any weight but feet on the extension. This one has legs under the extension. The sad news for me is that in either position, I can't rest my head. I'm 5'10" and really miss my old chair because of this design misstep. Great construction however.

I was so excited about this chair....and then I tried to get in and out of it. Ugh! Super hard to get in and out of it. Purchased this for the beach as I had torn my meniscus earlier this year and wasn’t sure if the typical low beach chairs would be possible. It is relatively comfortable and the concept is almost there, but it unfortunately did not work for me. It is being returned

My husband got this because we were going camping while I was 7 month pregnant. It really helped me relax by the fire with my feet up so they wouldn't swell more than they already had ha. Would have been nice to have one that the legs can go down and recline instead of always being up... it was hard to get back out of it but still a nice chair nonetheless.
