Not necessarily, Basic helmet looks exactly the same but mine did not have the gold emblems on the sides, only rivets. Some helmets come.with a liner and chin strap so it can be worn and others are bare metal.

Q: Does this come in two pieces (the faceplate and the spiked helmet) or one full piece? Or is it together by screws? I want to wear only the face.

Faceplate held to helmet with one revit on each side . Is not removable without removing the rivets.

Q: Item description says 69cm inner cirucmference, answer in question section says for small adults. Would it fit 62cm head (not small)?

I am sorry that I can’t answer those particulars, because it was a gift to my adult son. I would not consider his head small nor is he a small adult. He is 6’2”
