I've been searching for a quality yet affordable hearing aid for my mom and came across this one on Amazon. The device functions exactly as described. There are also six 10A replacement battery included in the package. My mom is happy with it as its performance and price fit her need and budget.

Received 10/10/18, I only purchased one ear piece for my husband to give it a try since he has never worn anything before for his hearing. It only took 24 hours for him to realize what a difference it made and wanted me to order a second one for his other ear. Unfortunately, you are out of stock and have no idea when you will get anymore in stock. So I may have to return the one I have and go with another brand to provide my husband with two hearing amplifiers plus the batteries that come with the unit only last for 2 days and that's with turning them off every night.
