My new Vitamin C serum
I have quite literally lost count of the number of vitamin C serums I have tried. They have all been sticky and smelly, and usually left me broken out severely. I love their Revitalize Serum so I decided to take the chance and give this formula a try. I am so happy I did! Like the evening serum, this is a light and silky serum which applies beautifully, absorbing without pulling or rubbing your skin. There is slight orange scent but it is not a chemical smell nor is it overpowering so it is not nearly as offensive as the other serums I've tried. I use it in the mornings under my sunscreen. One pump is sufficient to do my face and neck. I have seen an evening in skin tone, and overall brightening, although to be honest I'm not seeing a lightening of my darkest scars. Can happily say I'm done shopping for a Vit C serum!

Great skincare line
I can’t live without this Vit c facial product. It feels great during skincare application. It only takes one pump. Smells great!!! It’s by far my favorite Vit c. Their orange toner is amazing too!

Very good Vitamin C serum
Bought this at Whole Foods the first time around, on a whim - and liked it well enough to order a second bottle from Amazon. This is a very *good* vitamin C serum that you can use every morning. Apply after cleansing, before moisturizer and/or sunscreen.I bought this while I was out of town, because I'd run out of my SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic serum. I didn't have an easy way of getting a new bottle of the SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic, and happened upon Andalou Naturals brand Turmeric/C serum at a local Whole Foods store. Grabbed it, and you know what? It is an excellent vitamin C serum. If I could rate it 4.5 stars out of 5, I would - because it's a very good product. In some ways, it's even better than SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic - because it absorbs quickly. This stuff brightens up your skin like nobody's business - and it also seems to firm/tighten up skin as well. With Andalou Naturals Turmeric & Vitamin C serum, I don't need to bother with a makeup primer and over time, it seems to improve the look of my skin - fewer pores, a bit glow-y-er, a bit firmer - it's just a good thing to have!I would definitely recommend this product - one of the best skin care items I've tried - and very reasonably priced. This is a high-quality product at an amazing price, compared to other (more expensive) products on the market.Just for the record, I have fairly sensitive skin and this stuff didn't irritate my skin at all.If you are wanting to try a vitamin-C serum and don't want to spend $100+ or more - this is the thing to get. As good or better than the more expensive serums out there. Definitely better than the department store brands and a very close approximation of some of the higher-end skin care products you might find at the dermatologist's office.Very happy with this - one of the best vitamin C serums on the market.

She's had trouble with dark circles for a long time now and it's only gotten worse over the past year
I bought this serum for my sister, specifically to lighten the dark circles under her eyes. She's had trouble with dark circles for a long time now and it's only gotten worse over the past year. Her dermatologist suggested that the circles may be related to eye strain and her rubbing her eyes a lot. Only a lightening/brightening product would have an effect on them. I searched high and low for a product that would be able to brighten the area while providing a good amount of hydration and definitely not irritate her.Long story short, I ended up picking up Andalou Naturals Tumeric Plus C Enlighten Serum. I chose the face serum over the dedicated eye serum because I thought this would be stronger and provide quicker results. According to my sister, I was right. She absolutely loves this serum! She's been using it for about a month now and says her under eye area looks and feels great! The circles aren't completely gone, but they've lightened up. She's using the serum nightly and tops it off with Vaseline if she's feeling a bit dry. I should also mention that she started off using this only every other night for about a week, then bumped it up to every two nights on, one night off, then up to nightly. In the morning she's using Cerave Eye Repair Cream, but she's going to switch to using this day and night once the Cerave is done. She definitely recommends it!7/10/16 Update: My sister's stilling using this serum and it's still working great! Her dark circles have gone from almost black in color to a light reddish/brownish. She feels confident going without concealer on most days. The only thing is that it can get a little drying so she's going to fall back to using this three times a week at night and she's looking for a more moisturizing eye cream for the rest of the week. Still, she loves this product!!

Reasonably priced vegan skincare
Love this product and the price is great! I use most Andalou products because mostvare vegan and they work well with my sensitive skin.

Wonderful, smooth, silicone-free serum!
Ive only been using this a few days, so can't comment yet on helping with even-ing out of skin tone or fading hyperpigmentation, but what I can say so far is that it smells wonderful, glides on smoothly and leaves my skin feeling very soft and hydrated! The only other Vitamin C line I had ever tried was Avalon organics (a few years ago) and I found it very sticky and unpleasant with a weird lingering sour smell. It also gave me itchy breakouts! I'm glad I decided to try the Andalou vitamin c stuff though! I have olive-toned skin with hyperpigmentation (dark marks) from a breakout along my jawline several months ago. I also have just generally uneven skin tone, so vitamin c comes highly recommended. I've just ordered the Andalou vit c toner to add to the mix, so hope that is as nice as the serum! Also- some reviews mention this being thick like a lotion. Don't know if the formula has changed, but my bottle is a thin but non-greasy serum consistency! Not easy to achieve without silicones and silicones and my skin do NOT get along, so thank goodness that Andalou doesn't use them!
