Q: the amount of hiss in silence, depends on the volume control?

There will be a variety of factors that influence "silence hiss". Pre-amp, gain, integrity of signal path, quality of audio interface and cables, the list goes on. The pair that I have, if unconnected to any other device and powered on, I cannot hear any audible hiss from them. From my experience these are excellent speakers for the hobbyist/amateur home studio. While these could certainly work in a professional setting, I feel there are better choices if you make your living in a studio.

Q: Does this speaker has anchor screw holes at the bottom for wall mounting using the KRK wall mount?

I'm using v4s4 It has two holes for using bracket.

Q: Can the usb be used to connect to tv

The speaker has 3.5 mm input and XLR balanced input. It can be connected to a TV via a 3.5 mm TRS to Dual XLR Male Pro Stereo Breakout Cable. A USB DAC is needed if you want to connect to a USB port. Please note that the package includes one speaker, and you will need to purchase 2 speakers for stereo.
