Pleasantly surprised with great umbrella!
Was unsure about purchase because originally was considering an awning. I am so happy with how perfectly this umbrella works over my new Koi pond and can still be turned to cover the patio when needed. It was delivered as promised second day and simple to set up.There was a very small tear in the fabric that concerned me and Well-Strong immediately sent me a replacement. Very caring company.

Very nice and sturdy umbrella
We bought three of these umbrellas for our pool area. They are very attractive and sturdy, nicely adjustable, but the bases do require being filled with sand, not water, ( which was kind of tedious, since we had three), and it would be nice if the four sections could be clipped or snapped together somehow. My husband chose to wrap the base pieces with a ratchet strap to make sure they didn't shift, but it isn't absolutely necessary. One of the umbrella boxes was damaged in transit and some of the parts were missing...charger, handle for raising/lowering/adjusting angle of the umbrella, and a cover piece for the umbrella base. I contacted the seller and they were very considerate and accommodating. It took a couple of weeks for the pieces to arrive, but once they did the umbrella works great. These are very nice umbrellas, I would purchase again

Cheaply made product, poorly written instructions and no after sale service
I bought an Electric Automatic Patio umbrella in Feb this year and it was delivered in March. Did not install till May/June because of weather and travel. The umbrella worked fine for about 2 weeks and then would not operate. Put in fresh batteries, connected the power cord etc but nothing works. I now have to do the standard cranking by the manual handle. When I approached Well-Spring they replied with a query and then silence! Never do business with them. They should be removed from Amazon website.

Very nice product, it covers our 6 seats table. The rotation feature is very useful.

Not Impressed
We purchased two umbrellas. Sent one back due to poor pole alignment (couldn’t use hand cranks given hole blockage). Second umbrella failed within one month. No longer able to open umbrella. Green fabric fades very quickly as well.
