Perfect, just like my original at much less the price. Works wonderfully. Yay.

I purchased this item as a gift. Had our Audiologist try to connect. It did not work. Also would not work with existing hearing aids working with Compilot. Contacted vendor who claimed that product was compatible with our Phonac hearing aids. After many run around they said they were requesting a refund. Then I received an email saying I ordered the wrong thing and this type of device could not be returned. They never explained their return policy for defective equipment was the customer had to eat the cost. Do not trust this vendor. Had to give one star to be able to post.

So far it is working great. Just as I was advertised. I am a happy camper.

Unit works well for volume control and charging life. However, it is extremely noisy for phone calls. Had another brand aid and their bluetooth streamer worked very well.If the Phonak is under my shirt there is unbearable rustling noise. I literally have to take out from under shirt and gingerly hold in my hand to use the phone feature. This is the second unit and same problem.

Replacement of hearing aid equipment.

I bought compilot 2 for I had problem in receiving calls from my mobile phone. It works very good in quiet places. When I am using in public places like at airports, railway stations or in market places then I have lot of problems in hearing the calls through Compilot II. Music and the calls are certainly easy on the ears when in quiet areas indoor. I also bought the wired mic and the so that I can use the compilot II even after I hang the unit inside my clothing.

Works GREAT

Didn't work. Asked for refund they said no. Then I left them negative feedback. They called said they would refund. 30 days later no refund. Now the person answering their phone doesn't speak English.
