I bought it for my parents who were planning to drive 6,000+ miles. My mom had sciatica and experiences a lot of discomfort in her hips and back in long drives but the cushion really helped a lot in their long travels. I thought it was to thin at first but the other cushions were too thick and uncomfortable when sitting on inside the car. Thile thickness of this one ended up being perfect, providing support without making her head almost touch the roof of the car.

I got this posterior cushion, a back support cushion and a new ergonomic chair intending to ensure my hubby's physical comfort. In his old chair, he was sitting on folded pillows (to ease his pain). He enjoys the sturdiness and comfort of the posterior cushion. Regrettably, the cushion has a tendency to slide to the very back of his chair. It needs to stay towards the front to provide full support. When it's in the proper position he says it's amazing. Unfortunately, realization of his uncomfortability promptly reminds him it's moved. 3 rows of velcro strips provided a resolution. The description stated movement would not be an issue, hence the four stars. The cushion is very durable and it's perfect for his needs, which is why we wanted to keep it. The posterior support cushion is comfortable, lightweight and easy to clean. Our expectations were realistic and this product meets them.

I drove from Cortez. Colorado to Houston, TX and back and my butt did not hurt at all. Practically a miracle. The memory foam did compress a bit. I just turned the pillow around and it worked fine. I thought it was going to be too small but it was just right.

I started having issues with my tailbone hurting when driving. This was the third seat cushion I tried and it is the best. It is not too soft but also not too firm. The opening for the tailbone area is perfect for taking pressure off of the area. I no longer have pain when driving. The vision is very soft and feels high quality. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable can use any place. I use it in my car to help support my restless legs while driving. I love it..it helps my pain. I highly recommend this for anyone that needs a little comfort. Great price it's thick in all the right places. And it's functional and stays in place in the seat.
