Item arrived DOA. Emailed customer services at Plaud. I had a brand new replacement the next day on weekend delivery. New device works great, feels high quality and looks great. Highly recommended.

I started to forget stuff so thought it would be good to start recording comments, events I'd noticed and the usual random minute of the day. What my notepin does very discreetly is record stuff and then I can transcribe it so have written notes to cut and paste to my calendar or todo list. You get 300 minutes on the free plan which is fine now I've retired from teaching so life is not as hectic. Thoroughly recommended and customer service is very good. Why did you choose this product over others?:Best of the bunch. Trialled several similar devices.

I do not recommend buying it, when it arrived at my house it did not work, the products came with a defect, and so far I have not been able to resolve it, I do not recommend buying from this supplier.

Easy to use, sound quality is amazing, all the functionality you would expect. Suspect these will come down in price but honestly it is still worth it.

First unit turned up and wouldn't turn on, turned to support who guided me through a few steps to establish there was an issue. They arrangeed for a replacement which turned up the next door. All good with that unit and it's very handy indeed. Recommend.
