This is one of the best eyeshadows offered by Urban Decay. I haven't noticed any creasing with or without a primer. Very little glitter fall out with sugar twist. Just enough shimmer that it doesn't look tacky on my blue eyes and olive skin tone. The brush makes for easy application but you can use your finger to apply more evenly too. dries quickly. Quality is top tier. Worth the price, I will buy again in sunshine tax.

This rose gold shade called Sugar Twist is absolutely beautiful. I knew it would be pretty but I thought this would be much warmer than it is. The sparkles are just gorgeous. First off, it is much bigger than I thought it would be. It is at least as tall as a mascara and the top takes up at least a third, if not more of that length. I personally don't think it needs to be that tall and take up so much room in a purse, especially when it mentions being travel sized in the description. But that is an aside. Urban Decay said they spent two years on creating the brush and it really is a great brush. It is perfect for getting into every little corner. The one thing I don't like about this is that I have never used a liquid eyeshadow that takes this long to dry down. I put it all over my lid and higher as an experiment and minutes later it was in my creases and still not dry. I think eyeshadow primer is an absolute must for this and I might end up liking it as just a lid shade and not as a one and done shade. I think you would have to sit with your eyes closed for minutes if you wanted it all over because you would have to wait for it to dry. I am still experimenting but I always use primer anyway and today I was putting it on bare skin which I never do. I am sure there are many ways to use it-as a thick eyeliner, under the eye, just on the list as I suggested earlier. And the right primer may help the whole situation and take the creasing away. I think it is worth it to find a way that works for you as it is truly gorgeous. And the pictures I saw of the others are pretty too. Try it, but definitely try this shade first as it can match anything.

Love this color! It goes on smoothly. The color is dark enough that you can see it, but not too dark that it's a smokey-look that you shouldn't wear during the day. It didn't crease all day, but I did use a primer beforehand. The brush is a really small size, it was kinda weird at first. You have to give the tube a shake, otherwise you won't get much of the shadow on the brush. I really like this product.

For me. I can’t get the hang of it. I can’t get it to go on evenly. It’s difficult for me to use. The color is very pretty

Urban Decay 24/7 Glaze-On Liquid Eyeshadow in Traffic Jam (Burgundy Shimmer) initially smells like rubbing alcohol to me, but the smell dissipates quickly. This has a nice brush that’s easy to control and spreads this liquid shadow smoothly and evenly. MUST SHAKE THE SHADOW before use. Those who got a thin or blotchy application may have forgotten to shake first, as I made that mistake on the first use and got a blotchy, weak pigmented application that was too sheer.After shaking, however, I get opaque and even coverage with strong pigment and evenly applied sparkles. I’m pale with an olive hue and get rich color. I don’t feel it looks like an intense, deep burgundy on me, but I’m actually glad as I think of a deep burgundy sparkle shadow as a fall/winter holiday shade. On me, this looks more like a velvety brown with a burgundy hue rather than a deep, jewel tone burgundy. The color is pretty and looks neutral enough on me to wear year round, day or night.It’s still a rich shade but more versatile than expected. I do think the color will appear different based on skin color and it may appear more like a strong burgundy shade on really fair skin, etc. I might get a stronger burgundy color using primer (but don’t typically add primer before liquid shadow). The formula is easy to work with as I have time to blend before it dries. It’s buildable, but I get nonstreaky coverage with ample color applying one layer. I’ve had no creasing, and the color is long lasting.This shadow is easy to remove, not stubborn at all. I can remove most just wiping with water on a cotton round or washing with a good cleanser safe for removing eye makeup. My routine for years has been to use Lancôme Bifacil remover to get rid of residue, and I still wipe gently with it once after cleansing. I haven’t had eye irritation, but I don’t like that my lids get a warm feel wearing this shadow. I suspect it’s due to the denatured alcohol but can’t say for sure. Like it overall. 4 stars. Vegan.
