It's okay
I got this because I had a 'fancy' id lanyard that I loved, but its metal discolored over time. I wanted something pretty that would be more durable, and this one has no metal making skin contact. It meets that need, but here are the drawbacks: 1. it's shorter than the other one was and I don't like that2. twice so far (it's November and I've been using it since August) one of the jump rings has come apart and my id (and keycard) has fallen off. Luckily both times I noticed and was able to just pick it up and McGuyver the thing back together, but it's annoying to have happen for a product that is supposed to hold my id/keycard. I think maybe the shorter length means it catches on the edge of desks/tables? Unsure, but it's annoying.edit: In December, I was driving home when the fishing line snapped and beads went everywhere. I'm not even sure how/why since I was stationary in the car.

Pretty but abrasive on sensitive skin.
This is a nice badge holder for work. We have work branded lanyards, but it isn’t a nice compliment for a dressy work suit. I love the look of this item, but struggle with the scratchy beads on the back of my neck. It would be an improvement to have smooth beads on the top of the lanyard for less irritation. Or it would be amazing if my skin wasn’t so darn sensitive!!!

Waste of money!!
I’ve had 2 of these lanyards in the last 6 months. BOTH TIMES THE STRING CAME UNTIED AND THe BEADS WENT EVERYWHERE. Can’t you tie a knot so the nylon cording stays tied? That’s $30 on your lanyards and I have nothing because of poor craftsmanship! Waste of money!!
