Product arrived fast. Instructions indicate a light coming on, but, I guess mine is defective as there was no light. Product does work, but I believe I may gave received a previously returned product. I cleaned it very well and tried it on my arm. It wires but because of bit having a light and very likely used before I received it, the 3 rating.

I am ordering another one of these today! I used this hair remover to pluck the facial hair off my elderly friend who is in a nursing home. She had thick chin hair and finer mustache hairs under her nose. It was impossible to pluck all the fine hairs and it hurt her to pluck all the course chin hairs. This facial hair remover plucked it ALL in minutes... WITHOUT HURTING HER !! LOVE IT !!

First try on this, it is powerful , wish the speed could be slower. If you intended to use it on other than face area, make sure the hair is no longer than 1 mm.

It’s very small, looks like a big size lipstick, easy to bring it out for travel. Feels ok to remove some hair.

It wouldn't turn on several times at first, but once it did, it worked well.

It works okay but the battery life sucks. I wasn't using it everyday and the battery still didn't last 3 weeks.

I received it today and used it once but I must say I am pleasantly surprised with my purchase.

Do NOT buy from this seller! I received this item today and opened it up to see where to put the battery in and there was hair in it!!! Like a lot of it!!! Yuck!After thoroughly cleaned it, I did use it but was not impressed. It did remove the hair from my upper lip, but it's not smooth like other reviews say.
