Came packaged in excellent container soaked in mineral oil inside of hard sided plastic bottle. Surrounded on outside with foam wrapping and taped.Used for youth group experiment vacuum testing. Product worked excellent.

No oil, no can, no protection, no anything. An entire kilogram of sodium metal in a plastic bag wrapped in paper and put in a box. Imagine if this had gotten punctured and got wet somehow. Lives were put at risk with this...

This item came a couple weeks earlier than estimated for something from India. So, that is awesome.However, when it arrived it was labeled as "Kids Clay". Sodium/Natrium is definitely NOT kids clay.Also, it was packed in a clear container the same size and shape as a Play-doh tub. Inside, the sodium was in a plastic back with not much more than a drip of mineral oil. The bag was bulging under pressure of some gas ... maybe they filled it with nitrogen to prevent reaction? Either way, it would have been better to be submerged in mineral oil. A little worrisome.

It came stored in a container That was WAY to large for the metal and if tipped to the side the metal would be exposed and start to oxidize the quality was very poor it was very oxidized probably from the lack of oil and there were no warnings or anything to indicate that the box must be upright and not shakin and not to mention the fact that it could’ve combusted in the vehicle With the lack of oil

Very neat! Solid sodium that came in inch cubes and was stored properly. Cut one piece that I used in an element collection and the rest I could play around with. Have some mineral spirits you can put the rest in once you open the bag.
