Q: Does it fit for the 56226 custom wiring connector

I believe that is what it is for.

Q: What is the measuement between the holes (on center). I need to have 2.5" (2 1/2) across, 1.75" (1 3/4) top to bottom?

The item I bought is fixed to the vehicle and I was not able to get the measurement by removing it. Anyway, from the bolts I have used, the numbers came around 2.5" (2 1/2) across, 1.75" (1 3/4) top to bottom. So I would say this should fit your application.

Q: Will the 58520 bracket mount the 58150 connector?

Not sure about the connecter number but a 7way connecter will fit
