I am 5'3" and weigh 125 pounds. This yoga mat is perfect for my size!I love the thickness, I wouldn't go with anything thinner.There is a strong smell when you take it out of the plastic packaging, but it almost disappeared after 24 hours.This yoga mat is a little on the pricey side, but it's a one time investment and the thickness and quality make up for it. I also love the orange color!!

I just completed my 55th consecutive day of yoga and today was the first day I used this WONDERFUL mat. It is an amazing mat - I love the support and comfort of the extra thickness, and the width and length are perfect for any type of yoga or exercise. I highly recommend this yoga mat! This mat is durable and does not wrinkle, buckle, or tear during vigorous workouts. Firm cushioning can be used on hard surfaces. TPE airs out and loses most of the manufacturing smell within 24 hours. Highly recommended.
