I’m still on my first bottle; however, I do think I’m feeling less bloated, less hungry, and eating less. I did not go on a diet. I am maintaining my weight at the lower end of my average weight ( I fluctuate by about 5 lbs) than I had previously been maintaining prior to starting the gummies. I don’t always remember to take them either. I’d suggest giving them a try but don’t expect miracles!

These little gummies taste great. Normally I don't like the taste or smell of apple cider vinegar but you don't get any smell or taste with these. Best thing, these are vegan friendly.

So these gummies are delicious. I feel like I’m getting a treat when I take them everyday. My one gripe is that they are all kind of stuck together in a clump and I struggle to scrape a couple off from the ball of gummies each day. Other than that they taste really good.

I been taking these Gummies for a week. I take 2 about 30 minutes befor each meal. I did not jump on the scale yet but I can tell that they are doing something.
