I’ve always had the best outcome with refrigerated probiotics, but I thought I’d go out on a limb and try this one because of its high probiotic potency. Just been using these for a couple of weeks after taking two rounds of antibiotics, and so far they are effective and I am impressed. I most likely will buy these again.Update: Now that I've gone through the bottle, I am more impressed with the efficacy of these capsules after antibioti use. Will purchase and use again.

This supplement is fantasticWhat I didn't realize is can help with bowel elimination. I suggest you that them on a free from work day or running errands dayJust to see if it caused you to visit the bathroom alot. The tabs / capsule are easy to swallow😄😄😀
