Switch is easily broken
I have had these lights for about 3 weeks and thought they were great .I use them for my 1 hour bike commute every morning and they make me really visible but now one of the lights switch is malfunctioning making it impossible to turn on and off .I'm not sure how long the other is going to last.I am updating my review and now are giving it a 4 star for 2 reasons, first after my review the company contacted me and apologized for the problem I had and quickly sent me a new set free of charge . I really appreciate a company that cares for it reputation. Second is the first light I had gotten is still working great and I'm very pleased with it.

Buy these!!! Not the other Junk!!!!
I'll start off by saying these are the best personal LED's I've used. That said, they are bright, but very compact. The clip is sturdy and the attachments they come with are actually very good. The others on here are junky and the clips break.I saw some questions on how bright they are. They will light up a room as you can see and you can definitely read a book or a map easily at close range. But these aren't meant to light up, they are meant to be seen! My neighbors said they could see them from a good distance. I put the green one on my dogs harness.I got blue first, loved them and bought another set in green!!! The different colors show up and stand out at night. I'm a police officer and will use them on duty while directing traffic. Clip one to each shoulder or my traffic vest. Ill probably buy another set just for that. Knowing and being around LED light, red tends to mix in with taillights at night and not be seen from as far. Blue and green are always the most eye catching at night and seen the furthest. You can pick up the light quicker among other light. The switch is easy to use. Cycle through them for your setting and the last one to turn them off. They have low, high, slow and fast flash and a hyper strobe. The USB cover doesn't feel the sturdiest...I dunno how long it will last.Best thing about them is they are rechargeable!! They truly do recharge FAST. I did some actual run time testing with these to see if the descriptions were right. I left one running on hyper flash mode and one on steady high mode. Here is what I found:I left them on for 7 hours one evening while I went out to dinner and running around the house and Netflixing. The next night I left them on for 4 more hours, still running fine, but did go to a dim mode. After about another two hours of dim I decided it was 12 hours of use and still no orange indicator light telling me to charge them. (They have indicator lights built in). 12 hours was good enough for me!!!I put them both on the charger at the same time. I charged one for 5 minutes and turned it back on full power just to see how long it would go. It went 4 hours full power on a 5 minute charge!!!The other i left on the charging cable. The red charging indicator light stayed on for a little over an hour before turning green to indicate complete.Works as described and better than my expectations. Now, we'll see how long they actually work and battle test them. Ill update if anything changes.

Not Recommended Because of Weak Clip/Clasp
Although overall the lights are satisfactory, I agree with the opinions of five other reviewers regarding the clips/clasps:Seanmc12: “This review would be 5 stars with 1 exception. These were designed to hook on to something, they have alligator clips, some rubber straps and some velcro. I don't seem to be able to afix the lights to straps and not have them move. They always seem to move just a little bit and I am afraid of them coming off and losing them.”Ken SL: “The clip has a weak spring also. This is not an issue if you use the band it comes with because its elasticity holds the light tightly if properly adjusted. However, I lost 2 in a row when I clipped it to the rear bike seat bag which had a non-elastic band designed for holding a tail light.”BenL: ”the clasps are really weak compared to the the other popular one. It's the spacing between the clasp and the frame -- too much gap. And although there are some grooves/teeth -- it's few and too far between. Compared to other ones, these easily slide off (I already lost one).”Grumpy 1415: “Only problem with the light is the closing strength of the clip. I clipped my first light onto the loop on the back of the bike bag (below my seat, has a spare tube and tools in it) this weekend. When I got home from it’s maiden voyage, a 40 mile bike ride, the light was gone...the clip did not close tightly enough to keep it from falling off. I was bummed. My second light I now secured to the loop using a safety pin.”Mr NaturalL: “Product has a weak attachment clip. It would often fall off until I finally lost it. Would not recommend.”

Bright, compact, easy to use, great customer service
Update #2: After some switch issues on two lights and a lower review, Amy with Keywell contacted me to send replacement units with improved switches. Fantastic customer service plus the new switches feel much more positive. These lights are now perfect for me.Update #1: Switches on 2 out of 3 units have pushed in after only a few weeks of use. The lights still work but are very difficult to switch on and off, esp. with full-finger gloves. It's a shame that such an otherwise great product has such a basic flaw.Overall: Exceptional lights. I wish I'd come across these first. I cycle 2 hours a day in the dark. I clip these on my socks/cuffs depending on the weather and as extra lights on my backpack.Pros:* Very compact, smaller and less weight than other rechargeable clip-ons I've used* Long lived (I get at least 6 hours of blinking)* Super bright* Convenient on/off/mode switch, no need to hold the switch down for 3 seconds to turn on and off* Only three light modes: steady, blink, and SOS. Two clicks and I'm blinking. Another two clicks and I'm off. I don't need to cycle through three speeds of blink and three levels of steady brightness.* Easy to use, secure clip that you pinch between your thumb and finger like an old-fashioned clothespin (other clip-ons I've used have overly tough springs and awkward clips that are nearly impossible to use with summer gloves on and that actually break)* Micro USB chargers are everywhereCons: None yet.

Perfect for outdoor activities
Light weight and small size combined with super bright LED -great for my running. Love the fact that is doesn't need batteries, it charges in no time.
