A very nice pork. Good percentage of fat. It makes the ultra-lean ground beef in my meatloaf juicy and flavourable.

It's really good and hard to get in the store.

Always fresh and reasonably priced

Meat came frozen soild I defrosted it over night with airtight sealed package in a bowl and a brick 1 lb of grass fed Angus Beef some sweet sausage and a couple of pork chops for the BIG SUNDAY SAUCE meal of the weekThe ground pork and ground beef I used for my meatballs browned all else then simmered in my simple tomato sauceAll the meats flavor everythingI just add fresh Parsley basil minced celery carrot onion and garlic the traditional base add my crush tomatoes and some tomato Passasta I had. Let simmer till pork was tender and about to shredded apart n sausage done n soft ( not spicey ones those I'd simmer separately in a small pot.all.the meat I bought here from Amazon Fresh and all was excellent and fresh arriving in the best shape and frozen solidAll cooked up deliciously wonderfulI served it with a short chunky macaroni ZITI Plates locked clean literally one of my kids just licked away.I will order the ground pork and other pork productsI've there ribs in the freezer waiting for me to come up with a uniqe wonder ful 💡 idea

There was quite a bit of gristle and questionable looking meat pieces in this. It's good to keep in the freezer for when you need it in a pinch, but I'd rather just get better quality meat and properly wrap it for freezing at this price.
