Q: Is this for charging a deep cycle marine battery?

Yes, it will charge deep cycle marine batteries.. I have 1 deep cycle and 1 regular car battery in my boat and use it to charge both when it's not in the water.

Q: This has caused alot acid of fumes to expel when used on a 12ah agm battery set on agm/gel and a lwn tractor battery set on motorcycle.

There is a fingerprint style button which allows paging through multiple charging modes. Try selecting the lowest maintenance charge mode. The higher amp modes may be too mush for that small battery.

Q: Can the battery be left on the car? Does the battery I have to be removed?

I didn’t use it for a car battery. I used it for a tractor battery (lower voltage) but I left the battery fully connected. Should be the same for a car. It may take some time to charge a car battery
