Q: The sample I was sent has "crinkles" all over it but looked smooth in the photo. Is the tile everybody received smooth, or with the surface crinkles?

Each tile is textured (ie. crinkled), but is good for covering slight imperfections on the floor to be covered. Also helps camouflage some seam irregularities.

Q: What is the warrenty on this tile?

It's supposed to be 10 years, but try to get someone to honor it! We've contacted the site that we bought it from over Amazon and Armstrong and neither will help us. The pattern on the tile is a thin sheet that tears and peels - easily. I guess our only recourse for this problem is to let as many people as possible know the poor quality of this product and the people who sell it.
