Q: Why does each container say 5-7 net carbs per pint on the front but on the back, it says 4 times that much?

For the Butter Pecan, the serving size is 2 net carbs per serving. 10 carbs minus 2g fiber = 8 carbs minus 6 sugar alcohol = 2 NET carbs per 1/2 cup serving. The WHOLE container is just 8 NET carbs.

Q: Could someone who has tried 2 or more flavors give an opinion of which was better? Thanks, Kristin

I've tried them all and so has my family. The Mint Chip makes EVERYONE happy-even the young ones and those who prefer sugar in their ice cream. My favorite flavors are Salted Caramel, Mint Chip and Peanut Butter Fudge. The bits of chocolate are delicious and enough to balance the other flavors. The Vanilla is so good, it's my go-to Vanilla ice cream for any occasion. I loved the strawberry and had a scoop of that on fresh berries and it was sublime. The Butter Pecan was okay, but not amazing and I've never bought it again (I usually like butter pecan too). I'm not a big chocolate or fudge person, but the triple chocolate was a huge hit with some friends who do love it. Hope that helps.

1 pound of fat equals 3,500 calories. There is NO way possible your weight gain is from this. It’s probably water weight, needing to go to the bathroom, or other foods. It’s certainly not from this. Also, you are not going to gain 2 pounds of “fat” overnight.
