Arlene, unfortunately our Jif Whipped Peanut Butter was discontinued in June of this year due to a lack of support. We will pass along your disappointment, and let our teams know you'd like to see it back on the shelf!

Q: What is the pouch made of? Is it plastic? If it is what type of plastic? Also what material is the cap made of?

Both the pouch and cap on our Jif® Simply Squeeze are made out of a plastic that is not recyclable, because the materials with the cap and valve are inseparable. We hope this helps!
