Was a little nervous ordering a custom-cut product, however, everything worked perfectly! Order was for replacement foam for couch cushions.Ordering was easy via an email w/specs to the seller. We had a small mix-up in the order/shipping (quantity), however, one single email to the seller and the issue was immediately resolved and another product shipped. The mix-up "happened", however the seller as perfect in taking care of the issue.The product quality is amazing and better than we had hoped for! Original couch cushions were old an broken-down, the replacement foam was easy to install and very firm! Completely satisfied with the product!

First of all I was thrilled to find that I could order a cushion custom sized on Amazon. It takes a few extra steps, but the instructions are very clear. The cushion is exactly what I was hoping for.....fit my oversized chair perfectly, and it is very firm. Some folks might not like how firm this product is, but I love it. I am not a fan of overly soft seats, they are not back friendly. I highly recommend this company and their product.

We ordered this to replace the seat cushion on our 10 year old living room chair. It was getting to be a low rider. Contacted the seller with our dimensions and received a price and link to purchase within an hour. The box was surprisingly small as the foam was super compacted for shipping. Carefully unwrapped it sprung up to its specified dimensions almost immediately. After a little wrestling to get the new foam into the seat cover we now have a brand new feeling chair. I’m not a materials specialist but this is definitely the right stuff. Thank you and we will be ordering new cushions for our couch before too long.

Thanks for helping save our couch from our dog. Lol. She ripped up a cushion and we replaced the foam. It's much firmer than the others but I'm sure that will change over time. It fit perfectly and can't even tell it's not the same

Customer service went out of their way to help me make sure I ordered the right foam and batting for my sagging couch. They even attached the batting for me at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend!

It was just what I have been looking for, for a long time. Neatly fits in a space between my mattress and bed frame. Arrived quickly and was a perfect fit and density. Feels good!

Had inserts made for the back seat of our truck so the dogs have a flat surface under the dog seat cover. Fit perfectly!

The foam even came a day earlier than company said. The foam was the high quality I was looking for and the custom cutting was exact. I will definitely use this company again.
