This absolutely does not give the finish pictured, and there is not enough to dip your nail in. You have to apply it with an eye shadow applicator, which left lines in the finish, then rub it in with your finger to get the desired effect. It still came out as sparkles and what a mess!

I bought Moonlight and it is one of the prettiest chromes I have seen. It blends beautifully! Looks great on neutral tones. The single picture in my review is the chrome without a base.

Very pretty powder but you don’t get much for the money.
