I have been using these glutathione and collagen gummy supplements for about a month now and just finished them. In terms of how they help to improve your skin it's hard to tell but I do feel better when I implement a supplement like this and I know glutathione has a number of different benefits from helping with inflammation to being an antioxidant and great for immunity as well as good for your skin. They taste really great and have a nice texture and I imagine with longer usage you could see the impact better. These gummies are soft, fruity, & easy to chew, with no weird aftertaste or artificial smell or flavoring, which I really appreciate because not all gummies taste good, let alone decent. I have a sensitive stomach especially in the summer due to the heat, & I haven't found that these irritate me, which is a small but notable thing.The combination of glutathione with vitamin C, E, & collagen helped me notice a subtle brightness in my skin tone after the second/third-ish weeks, especially around areas that usually look dull, like around my eyes & chin. I can’t confirm the "whitening" claim, because I am olive-toned & I'd like to stay that way, but I do feel like my skin looks clearer & more even.While it’s too soon to speak to long-term effects - I feel I would need months for that - I’ve had no breakouts or excessive sensitivity from these gummies, & my skin texture just a tad smoother.Overall, I think if my skin continues to show improvement, this will likely be an item I repurchase, because I literally the value in them & my skin.

I look for ANY indication the product was ever lab tested.When these are missing from the label, I have concerns about quality.

The gummies were soft and chewy; sometimes they will get stuck in your teeth, but most gummies do.Some will claim that you cannot take Vitamin C and B12 together, but that's not completely true. There are situations where they should be separate, but I believe this is an option where they can be put together without one dominating the other.Taking the body's "Master Antioxidant" with other benefits was a no-brainer for me. Easy to chew, slightly improves my skin brightness, and a decent value for the money. I am not completely sold on further use, but the small sample size I had was a positive one!
