yes it's worth over 2$ an ounce, biltong has a one of a kind flavor and texture, I'm actually craving it this moment, love that chewy crunchy dry taste!

I discovered Stryve beef sticks and jerky a few years ago. I really loved the products and was a steady buyer. However, the quality of their beef sticks has gone down hill. I bought a pack 6 months or so ago and it had gone from being a dry textured, structurally stiff, beef filled stick to a wet textured, floppy, fat filled casing. I bought them again earlier this week hoping I had received a bad batch earlier, but these were even worse than before. Between my finger and thumb I could squeeze the fat through the limp oily casing like it was toothpaste. Bummer.

This review is solely on Amazon selling Stryve because I have had Stryve products from other sources and they are amazing! The package I got had to be old or something because they were so stale. The lamb casing was extremely tough when I bit it the casing wouldn't rip with the meat.

Last time I ordered this product, it was really good. Nice and firm, not really, delicious really. I enjoyed the quality of this product, so I wanted to order again. When I ordered again, the entire package was a disgusting oily mess. I will never order this product again. If there was a way for me to return it and get a refund I would, but this is on the “not eligible for return” list.

I love the hatch green Chile flavor of these beef sticks! And the individual packaging makes it an easy grab and go snack for the gym or to have in my bag when I have an afternoon snack attack.I love having these on stock at home!

I’ve been buying these for years. Anytime I try to switch brands, I regret it. Buy these - can’t go wrong.

The jerky steak has a kick to it but for me it’s a perfect amount of spiciness it is more chewy than I would prefer but I love how it’s 0 g of sugar in 14 g of protein
