Q: Is each bottle of the 3 pack 1 fluid ounce?

Yes. Just one ounce per bottle. I do like this stuff tho, I rub it in really good and it seems to go a long way.

Q: Do you still need to apply powder?

I do because it is one tone lighter than the desired look. It does well to change the tone but the darker hues might need some powder. I like the mat finish so I would also sue the powder because I have oily skin. It is a matter of choice I guess but it is not needed.

Q: How is this applied? Three separate coats? Or layer it?

When you order this item as a one time order, you will receive 3 bottles of makeup. Apply just like any other liquid makeup. Product is owhite when you dispense it but activates o y0ur skin tone as a regular 'colored' liquid makieup. Great concealer also. The one challenge is that the pump does not always work, so I just use the pump tube to apply a swatch of makeup on cheeks, nose, forehead and chin and then rub it on. Been usimg this product for about 3 yrs. Hope this helps
