I needed a case that could stay cool for my meds. I am not on insulin, but another med that I like to pre draw up so it will be ready when I travel. I gave it 4 stars because the ice pack does not stay cool as long as I would like. I love the color of the purple. I have room for the alcohol sponges & about 6 syringes.

Can only use one ice pack if using a vile of insulin willhold two syringes easy as well. Not a big inconvenience for us. My dog is diabetic so for travel, adventure days this works just fine 🙂

Use this to travel on a plane to keep my cold meds cold. Even after a 5 hr flight, my meds were still cold.
