Q: Is the part that attaches the bike to the trailer included or will I have to buy a ball hitch!

The ball hitch and connector is all included. And you can buy extra parts through AMAZON if need be. Just be careful of the company you choose to purchase from. Some do not have all parts in parts bag.

Q: will this work with a schwinn adult trike

As long as it's got the seat stem that you can attach the ball hitch to and room for the tongue of the trailer to go over the tire or wherever it would need to go

Q: Will it work on a e trike with 24" rear wheels?

I'm not sure if it will work on a "trike" type bike? Works fine on regular type bike. There has to be enough room for turns and such. As for PexMor, you may want to get another brand. I'm not at all happy with the one I have. Too many problems to mention. Company NOT responsive to taking care of issues. I hope that helps.
