I've tried every flavor of these and they're all phenomenal. Are they going to taste like a 800 calorie cinnamon roll? Not with these macros, but for 200ish calories, 10g fiber, 20g protein they're VERY good. I microwave them for 20-30 seconds and eat them with a fork and it's a darn good substitute for a cinnamon roll that fits my fat loss and muscle growth goals. Once microwaved the texture is softer than a baked cinnamon roll. Kind of reminds me of the softer spots of the rolls you buy refrigerated in the tube and bake at home. The caramel-topped rolls are the best, followed by cinnamon roll in close second. Chocolate is good and berry was just ok to me. They are a bit pricey but this with some berries and greek yogurt is filling and makes a full meal for me so if you think of them as part of a meal it isn't too bad. Less than half the price of a breakfast sandwich from your local coffee shop or fast food place.Anecdote: I eat these at work most days as breakfast and every day someone comments on how good it smells and/or looks. People always assume its a normal pastry and I have to explain that no, it's a protein cinnamon roll, and no, they can't buy it at the cafeteria.

I dont understand what people expect when you have a gluten free protein product. I read the reviews and was honestly significantly dissuaded to purchase and I am SO GLAD I changed my mind a few days later. It is delicious. It does taste like a cinnamon bun. It IS better in the microwave but also very good on its own. The texture is flaky, not crumbly like most GF protein products. It is also not too dense or dry like the rest of them. I have been trying the latest in healthy, low glycemic, high protein products for the last 10 years and this product shows us how far we have actually come. Thank you for allowing me to get clean energy on the go that doesn't spike my sugar levels.And for those of you who purchase a GF, sugar free, keto protein product that is already baked AND shelf stable (aka this one) and expect it to be like those gooey gluten cinnamon buns you buy in the store and bake yourself, its a you problem. It is not the product's issue; it's like comparing apples to oranges.

Better than I thought it would be. Best if used warmed. Could use a bit more cinnamon. It will make the chocolate pop as well as the dough, less bland, it does taste buttery. A bit more chocolate frosting would be great. But overall for something that gives you the opportunity for a treat without baking it yourself as you're allergic to the wheat America uses now. Unlike most gluten free products, this one didn't cause bowel problems. I'm ordering it again though it is a bit pricey. 😋 yummy

I’m starting to understand why this company calls itself “Legendary.“ What they’re doing here is downright alchemy. The company has taken an enormous list of ingredients that looks like a science experiment, and turned it into a delectable breakfast that’s a whole lot better for me than bacon and eggs.I’ve tried most of the Legendary line of sweet rolls the company’s been rolling out over the past year. But I’ve never tried this Wild Berry flavor. The result? These are every bit as good as all the others the company makes. They’re simply delicious.I took the company’s advice and popped one into the microwave for 10 seconds, and it apparently went through a metamorphosis. Suddenly, the sweet roll was creamy and pliable. It was even more flavorful and the texture was exquisite. Geez, I’m going to start heating up all my Legendary sweet rolls now.How do they do it? I don’t know, but whatever it is, it’s magical. The result of their expert ministrations is a delicious sticky bun that’s packing 20 g of protein, 9 g of fiber, 1 g of sugar and zero added sugar. Best of all, it delivers all that nutrition with a mere 190 calories.This is hard to believe, folks. Some of these protein products taste better than the original to me. I’ve been following their progress over the past decade, and I’m nothing short of astonished with how great these taste while keeping all that sugar I used to eat far, far away.I think this is another flavor breakthrough for Legendary Foods. Delightful!

surprisingly tasty, really filling and sweet with only 1g sugar and 20g protein. 20 seconds in the mic and the berry flavor taste like a strawberry filled donut

This protein donut has a good flavor I heated the donut for 15 seconds just enough to see the chocolate icing melt a little, taste great with coffee. But it does leave a slight after taste but not bad at all. Would I buy again only on sale , it’s to expensive regular price.

It's not horrible, but the taste isn't there if you're trying to get something with a good amount of protein that tastes better than most protein bars. Then this should suffice, but it still has that bad aftertaste. I'm going to try a different flavor and hope for the best. Price-wise, it is high for something that doesn't taste that good, but it's not bad compared to other products.
