This fiber has no taste and is easy to use. Master Supplements has a whole program of enzymes, fiber, and 2 probiotic products which have nearly repaired my GI issues. I do have to eat well but that is a given. The website also tells what products work synergistically for different issues. I would highly recommend checking out their instructions for use to make sure you get all the products you need.

My doctor recommended I use this brand because I have ulcerative colitis, and while it acts like a fiber, it also encourages the growth of healthy bacteria in the gut. That bacteria for folks with intestinal disorders or who have been on antibiotics a long time can get stripped away, and its sometimes hard to get it growing again. I use high-end products for re-supplying the gut with healthy bacteria, and this product more than any other I've used, is the perfect compliment.

This is a wonderful product that benefits your body, that is tasteless and odorless as they advertise. HOWEVER, it does not dissolve completely as advertised. I put mine in a blender as part of my morning shake and I've never tasted grit but if I just take a teaspoon and stir it in a glass or water, it's near impossible for it not to have grit floating around. Tough to dissolve without a blender.

The glass or cup you’re using must be completely dry then add the product then add cold water and stir...if you add the product and the cup is wet it will clump then when you add the water it won’t mix...tried it this morning hope this helps!

I believe it works but I wouldn’t know as we put it in protein shakes. Very expensive for the amount you get.

Sold in lots of two and received items that are about to expire. Be careful

This is a great product. My doctor recommended it for regularity and is gentle on my system. I have used it for a couple of years on a daily basis.
