I was a little skeptical about this product but decided to give it a try. I downloaded the snore app and checked with out the mouth piece in and was at 133 snores, then checked it again with the mouth piece in the next night. It was down to only 7. It is comfortable when you get it fitted correctly. I am very happy with the purchase. Their customer service is awesome too.

Do NOT buy this product. The spacing between your upper and lower jaw is so large, my lips don't even touch. Maybe this is fine for a mouth breather, but not if you like to keep your mouth closed and breath through your nose.I bought this as a temporary replacement for my $1500 mouth guard from my dentist while I wait for a replacement to be made, but this is no substitute. Look elsewhere.

The fit was easy to adjust, and it stays in place throughout the night. It feels sturdy, yet soft enough to avoid any irritation.The case is also a nice touch—compact and hygienic. While it took a night or two to get used to, I’m already noticing better sleep quality. Definitely a helpful tool if you're dealing with snoring or grinding your teeth.

I am trying to find an over the counter sleep aid to combat my snoring before I spend the 3,500 my dentist wants for his sleep appliance. This one absolutely stops the snoring - the problem is I can not close my lips around the device at night. This seem to be "by design" as there is an additional notch at the top front that would prevent your lips from sealing if you were able to get them around the device in the first place (which I can not). Because of this I wake up with an aching dry mouth - and the tip of my tongue is very sore and dried out in the morning. I can only assume these mucous membranes that are supposed to remain wet drying out over night is not a good thing for your mouth in general. I can put lip balm on my lips and try to seal the lower lip to the top plate, but this still does not seal the mouth and I wake up sore, dry and extremely uncomfortable. This device works but the other effects are making it such that I have to abandon it and try something else - unfortunately.

Finally got my husband to try this & I am so happy… but he’s not. Lol. It WORKS! I slept peacefully next to him, but it was really uncomfortable for him. He said it hurts his teeth/jaw & makes him drool all night. He ended up taking it out without even realizing it sometime early in the morning.

Too big! I’ve used other brands that have worked but this one is way too big! I don’t see how anyone could use this thing unless you were a horse! The only reason why I purchased this one is because my old mouthpiece was worn out and I couldn’t find it on Amazon and this one popped up with “good reviews.” Don’t waste your time.

So this happened... Been struggling to sleep because of my snoring and with a tired and unfocused brain, I set my mouthpiece upside down. It was completely my fault. Difiney customer service was incredibly helpful and got me a replacement fast and easy!
