The flavor and texture of the Mushroom soy is distinctive and powerful. We use it or regular depending on the receipe.

It does not mention gluten free on the label.

Q: Is this product made in China?

Product’s website says it is made in southern China. I no longer have original bottle to check label.

Q: Is this product kosher or not? i see the ou sign but when i ordered it, there was no ou sign on the jar.

No. They didn't pay OU for the stamp of approval. https://oukosher.org/kosher-alerts/kosher-alert-pearl-river-bridge-sauces/ Thankfully not being religious, I just hope a loving deity approves of such good soy sauce, endorsement fees or no.
