I cant praise Lee and his team enough for the brilliant service and helpfulness they have shown.I had a massive heart attack a few weeks ago and the ambulance crew urgently needed to know my next of kin and other medications and health issues some of which are serious and might have impacted the treatment they were going to give me but I wasn't in a state to give them the info they needed and my wife wasn't there at the time.This wristband and the service that it provides would have made a massive difference if I had owned one at the time. This was a wake up call for me and when I was able to I looked around to see what was available and found YOU-ID.ME and this wristband. I looked at the other products that they stocked but as a trial, I decided to try out this .I needed to have the wristband modified slightly and I emailed the company late on a Friday night to ask if this could be done and at what cost. I got an email back from Lee (who is the MD of the company) on Saturday morning to say that it would be no problem and when I said that I would like to proceed with the order, he told me that it would be modified for me on the Sunday and shipped out on the Monday. What service!!!Bear in mind that these are not high value items and it might have been reasonable to expect a reply within a few days rather than next day. He didn't even charge me for the modification.I have made a further enquiry to the company about one of their other products and received the same great speed of response and helpfulness.I have absolutely no affiliation with this company. I cant recommend them highly enough based on my experiences so far.Thankfully, I've not had to make use of the service yet but I'm not out of the woods so its comforting to know that the info is now easily available and with the service I've chosen, my wife will get a text alert if my details are accessed by emergency services.WELL DONE AGAIN LEE AND THANKS

My 15 year old son is self conscious about wearing a medical band. This one is great as it’s discreet and noticeable at the same time. My only problem has been writing on the waterproof card. I think I need to look for an appropriate pen. Otherwise very happy with purchase

Only wish I had got mine a long time agoThe dark red is fantastic, would like to have been able to just the band in another colour at the same time. (One for the dirty work, and one for the odd special event when you fancy a change)Comfortable to wear having worn mine since I got it.Since I wear it on the opposite wrist to my watch it doesn't looking out of place.When it get's wet, think compared to some items made of a similar material it dries quicker (Worn it in the bath/shower cleaning the car with soap and water and yes even got a splash of oil on it :-( which has stained the band a little bit so if you are a mechanic I would recommend taking it of at work.A good quality permanent fine tip pen for putting the basic details on is absolutely necessary, so if you haven't got one purchase one at the same time.The only down side with "hook and loop" is don't go near anything that got wool in it for some odd reason the loop and get sort of attracted to it .If you happen to be an adult get the Large , and if you are somewhere in between an adult and child a and can still fit into kids clothing (and not pay vat on them) then the Medium might be the best choice if you have the wrist the size of a child about 10 or under the get the small

This is a great idea and does give the wearer peace of mind. I particularly like the credit style card with your details on it that you can keep in your wallet or purse. However the actual wristband does not wear well. The velcro isn't the best, I've had to sew a popper onto mine as the velcro just wouldn't sit flat at the end and kept catching on my clothes. After just a few weeks of wear the whole wristband is looking very tatty. I doubt there's much longevity to it. Also it's not waterproof , it gets very wet and then takes a long time to dry out. The card insert gets wet too. Not the best design to be honest.

Fantastic product! Arrived much earlier than expected which was great! I bought this for my son who has just started high school, I needed to know that should anything unexpected happen all of his medical information is easily accessible.The band allows you to store any medication he takes and allergies which he suffers from. It also gives access to emergency contact details.I came across a small problem with setup and emailed the seller Lee. I have to say his approach to dealing with the issue was first class. He responded to my email within minutes and offered his direct number to call him on which I did. Within minutes of talking to Lee he resolved my issue and I could not praise the customer experience enough.Don't look anywhere else if you are considering one of these for a loved one or a friend. You just simply can't go wrong with Vital ID.

Highly recommended for anyone! Especially if you have allergies or on medication.

We bought the wristband for my husband who is a diabetic. It arrived on time and in perfect shape. It also looks just like the picture, it fits and looks good.However it is unfortunately not as waterproof as it says here. We have tried to insert the ID cards written both with an ordinary pen and the permanent marker they sell together with the spare ID's. The text is smudged (readable but smudged) after a few weeks of use, and my husband even takes the wristband off when showering. And we live in Malta so it's not like it rains a lot here either. This is a bit disappointing but I guess it does its job and even though it gets a bit smudged the text can be read just fine.We will see when the winter comes and brings all the rain.

Had a problem with logging on initially but emailed the supplier and had an email from Lee 5 minutes after mine and a phone call from him 8 minutes after the initial email. After finding the problem I had replacement bits within 48 hours. Fantastic customer service from Lee and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. So much so that I've made 2 further purchases since then. Brilliant service.
