平松洋子さんの本に出ていて気になっていた商品。使いやすいかどうかより、使うとき嬉しくなる道具です。

デザインも素敵だし、切れ味もよい。また、ストレート刃は2枚刃で、袋を切るのもやりやすい。ただ、側面の木部のところに錆が出る。濡れたままでの放置はしないほうがよい。ステンレススチールとの記載はあるが、過信は禁物。
