It's just one canister.At the top of the page, the actual title of the item says: "Nestle Hot Cocoa Mix Makes 39 Servings (1 Canister)".Hope that helps.

Where is it packed? Is it from Mexico?

I have not purchased this product in years, therefor I no longer have the container to read the label. I doubt that is made in Mexico, because it would shout that on the front.

Yes., but dairy, not parve. The Circle UD is just below the label's ingredients. Swiss Miss is not kosher.
