Yes . It's a universal piece for all the cradles. You will also need whatever piece needed to mount on your vehicle; for other end of socket arm,,same ball diameter. Mine works great on Goldwing GL 1800.

Q: How much pivot/angle can you get with this? Trying to mount a gps at close to a 90 degree angle from a snowmobile dash

If you have no obstacles 90 degrees should be no problem

Q: Will this work with a permobil power wheelchair with track mounting system?

if you have a space that is 2inch by 1inch then you can mount it on with two phillps head screws and you are good to go
