Cooler Fan Simulator Emulator for Antminer S9 S11 S15 S17 D3 L3+ A3 T9 T15 T17 Z9 Z11 E3 DR5 E3 Oil 3M Novec - Pack of 2

Used this on the 4-pin header for the pumps on a HP Z820 workstation. The specific processors I'm using trigger a liquid cooling requirement in the BIOS on bootup along with a nag screen if it doesn't detect the liquid cooling kit. The liquid coolers have a 100% failure rate so I decided to not use them. I upgraded the heat sinks to the newer 3D Vapour Chamber heatsink used in the newer Z840 workstation which is a direct plug and play install, but I still needed something to plug into the pump headers to trick the board into thinking the pumps were installed. These fit the bill and worked flawlessly.

This may work for other 4 Pin fan devices, but DO NOT even think about using these in the L7. It destroyed all 3 of my hash boards within a matter of minutes. There was no over heating whatsoever as I use a ducted high flow AC infinity fan that exceeds the performance of all 4 fans, and even if there was overheating, the unit would still shut off. However, these units caused permanent damage to my boards and now i will have to deal with sending these in for repair. If you have a L7, you can only imagine what 1-2 months offline translates to. Shipping in for repair will cost far more than these units cost. Other than that, these arrived super quick and fit just fine. Maybe they work for other models, just not the L7

Neat little gadgets that do what they are designed for. nice packaging. Only thing that would be nice is it they had a safety override such as max temp reached to disable the fan speed throttling or alarm. but they definitely do what they claim to do.

Kd6 would hunt on hash rate 0 to 100 %.

Using the fan simulators worked pretty good!

Great product good seller I recommend. Only one out of 40 was bad.
