Used this product nearly a year ago to cover flashing above bay windows which were showing rusty looking patches after only two years on a new build house. Followed the instructions to the letter - rubbing down the flashing with fine sandpaper and cleaning with white spirit before painting. The results were excellent and the paint still looks as good as new nearly a year later.

Despite couriers Evri losing original order Victoria from manufacturers sorted replacement quickly and efficiently will definitely order again and recommend to all after many positive comments on finished. Job.

Wasn’t sure what to make of this as I’ve been told it’s not great to paint directly on to lead, however I had no choice as previous owners made a mess of the lead flashing on my bay window. Photos show before and after from only one coat. It’s super easy to apply as long as you have thoroughly cleaned the surface prior to using, plus I didn’t even need white spirit to clean my brush afterwards so not as messy as I thought. Very impressed, will add another coat and see how long it lasts before needing a touch up!

This paint is just the job for making your old lead flashing look like new (I used 2 tins as I have a detached house).. Easy to apply & good coverage & thick enough to fill narrow gaps & splits with a few coats on the damaged parts.. Will definately buy & use again.!! 5*****
