Really like this little recipe book, perfect size. Had exactly what I was looking for in details and has 2 pages per recipe. Bonus it comes with tabs you can add. Would also make a perfect gift!

I have ADHD and time management at work is one of my greatest struggles.I bought this notepad and now use it each morning to block out my day for the tasks I need to get done and it helps so much! I'll definitely buy it again when this one is used up!

I thought it would have been a bit larger than it is, needless to say , it still serves it purpose. I need more space on my desktop anyways. I also like the protective covering. I choose this one to keep me focused on my health goals. I see a nutritionist to help manage my hypertension so keeping up with meals and water intake and exercising is vital. it also has a spot for daily affirmations and notes. I'm impressed.

I actually use a spiral agenda for my basic schedule. But I tear sheets off of this and take with me to make sure I’m keeping hydrated, eating well, and using the best of my time. Looks exactly like it does online.
